Ingredients:

  • 10 ounce Blue Corn Masa Flour

  • 8 argentine red shrimp (butterflied tail on)

  • 4 scallops ( butterflied or halved)

  • 3 prickly pears (tunas)

  • 2 serrano peppers (small medallion

  • 4 limes

  • 1 red onion

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 bunch cilantro

  • 1 Avocado

  • Salt and pepper



Instructions:

  1. Making Chips: Mix 10 oz. blue masa harinana, 1 oz. salt, and 13 oz. hot water to a mixing bowl. Stir until dough pulls into a soft slightly moist ball. Way out to 2 oz balls, and cover with a hot towel to prevent drying out.
