Ingredients:
10 ounce Blue Corn Masa Flour
8 argentine red shrimp (butterflied tail on)
4 scallops ( butterflied or halved)
3 prickly pears (tunas)
2 serrano peppers (small medallion
4 limes
1 red onion
1 cucumber
1 bunch cilantro
1 Avocado
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Making Chips: Mix 10 oz. blue masa harinana, 1 oz. salt, and 13 oz. hot water to a mixing bowl. Stir until dough pulls into a soft slightly moist ball. Way out to 2 oz balls, and cover with a hot towel to prevent drying out.
