Grilled Mahi Mahi w/ Coconut Passion Cream Hot Sauce.

This most notable white fish of Hawaii.


Why it works: Mahi is very very lean, and should not be over cooked or it will become jerky. The fattiness of the aioli and coconut will help with this. try making this into skewers with a dipping sauce.

  • 2 6 oz. potions of Mahi Mahi


  • Marinade

    • Salt

    • Lime juice

  • hot Sauce

    • 1/2 can coconut milk

    • 4 ounce passion fruit puree

    • Hawaiian pepper (Fresno's are a sub)

    • lime juice

    • lime zest

    • salt

    • Garlic

    • Ginger
