Ingredients
- 500 g (about 1 lb) chicken, cut into medium pieces (bone-in thighs and drumsticks)
- 2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 2 Tbsp vinegar

- Coconut: In the marinade bowl, mix the grated coconut and curry leaves with the leftover marinade.
- Fry the coconut mixture in the same oil, stirring, until crisp and deep golden.
- Finish: Pile the fried coconut and curry leaves over the chicken and serve hot with parotta.
