Popcorn Chicken

Popcorn Chicken

Fried chicken's hot slutty cousin that grew up in the circus.

Why It Works

No dipping sauce (I know, I know, but we need to distinguish this from chicken nuggets). You should just be able to "pop" it into your mouth from a tall cone or cup. Shitake Juice, as the marinade helps keep it light and flavorful. The batter, with a slight panko "shag" helps this go quick with a great texture.
