Notes
Matcha syrup: whisk 1 teaspoon ceremonial or culinary matcha into ¼ cup simple syrup while warm; cool completely.

Ingredients
- 1½ oz Vodka
- ½ oz Melon liqueur
- ¾ oz Fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz Matcha syrup
- 4 Mint leaves
- 1 oz Soda water
Instructions
- Add mint, vodka, melon, lemon and matcha syrup to a shaker. Shake firmly with ice.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or small highball.
- Top with soda and garnish with mint.
