Notes
Ginger syrup: simmer equal parts sugar and water with sliced ginger for 5 minutes; cool and strain.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Dry gin
- ¾ oz Yuzu juice
- ½ oz Ginger syrup
- ¼ oz Fresh lime juice
- 2 Shiso leaves
- 2 oz Soda water
Instructions
- Lightly slap one shiso leaf and add it to a shaker with gin, yuzu, ginger syrup and lime.
- Shake hard with ice.
- Strain into a chilled highball over fresh ice.
- Top with soda and garnish with the second shiso leaf.
