Vodka • ginger beer • lime • sansho
Notes
The sansho should be a background citrus-pepper note, not an overwhelming spice hit.

Chrome Mule

Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- ¾ oz Fresh lime juice
- ½ oz Ginger syrup
- 3 oz Ginger beer
- 1 small pinch Ground sansho pepper
- 1 Lime wedge
Instructions
- Shake vodka, lime and ginger syrup briefly with ice.
- Strain into a chilled mule mug or highball over fresh ice.
- Top with ginger beer. Add a tiny pinch of sansho and garnish with lime.
