Ingredients:
▢1 1/2 pound tri tip roast or steak, room temperature
30 oz Cafe Rub
Instructions:
Coffee Rub on the outside.
Let sit in Fridge overnight on a rack to Dehydrate.
Low and slow on the smoker:
Take meat to 110, and have on for at least 2 hours. Smoke with Applewood
High heat sear on Grill or oven to form Crunch
Rest until internal reaches 130-135.
Cut on Slicer for Sandwiches.
