Creole season is similar to Cajun seasoning but includes more sensitive and fragrant ingredients. In addition to the typical three peppers (White, Red, and Black) this seasoning includes red pepper flake, oregano, and basil to represent the historical Sicilian community of New Orleans.

  • 10 g granulated onion powder

  • 10 g garlic powder

  • 5 g cayenne pepper

  • 5 g white pepper

  • 5 g black pepper

  • 2 g French thyme

  • 2 g Italian oregano

  • 2 g Italian basil
