Clean water

.5 gallon Crystal hot sauce

1 # Lemons

6 bulbs garlic

4.5 lb Zatarain's Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil


Instructions: Purging crawfish:

Fresh Water soak

Getting boil ready


How to Take out




Plating Instructions per guest. (multiply by guest count)

Serve in 10" Pie Dish (total weight (19 oz.)

  • 2 oz. (1 half cob ) yellow corn

  • 6 oz. (2 small) red potato

  • 5 oz. 10 crawfish tails

  • 2 oz. 5 shrimp

  • 4 oz. 1 link andouille

  • 1 oz. melted butter
