  • Tabletop convection oven


  • Aluminum foil

  • Paper towels

  • Tongs


Ingredients:

  • Louisiana Hot sauce

  • Tony Chachere's

Instructions: Cut off wing tips, and remove any excess blood from meat

  • Line the convection oven with aluminum foil, and stack racks with chicken wings.

  • Cook on 375 for 1 hour 20 minutes.

  • Serve hot
