Equipment:


  • Skillet


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups extruded pasta (cavatappi, penne)

  • 1 gallon salted water

  • 2 cups Voodoo Sauce

  • Andouille Sausage


Instructions:

  1. Make Voodoo Sauce

  2. Boil Pasta to al' dente

  3. Saute together with pasta water.
