Intro: Normal Cajun Seasoning is always an excepted mix for most southern food, but this mix is something a little magical that works on Seafood particular well.

Why it works: The smokiness of the salt, and whole mustard seeds are what really set this seasoning mix apart. Good for a grill or a sauté or stew. Also used as a final presentation seasoning.

Yield: 2 oz. 60 grams

Time: 15 minuets

Pairing: Voodoo Shrimp, Shrimp Étouffée, Shrimp Po' Boys
